Assignment:

This internship focuses on improving how AWL tracks and communicates information about sold products and projects. The goal is to create a more transparent and accessible system for displaying what has been sold, including machines, jigs, and special projects, as well as providing general project and sales data for internal stakeholders. The project involves analyzing current information flows, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions to ensure comprehensive and efficient information sharing

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Review current data on sales and projects from 2024, including what has been sold and where. Organize and present this data in a clear, structured format for easy access.
• Information Flow Optimization: Develop strategies to streamline how information about sales and projects is captured, stored, and shared across the organization.
• Dashboard Creation: Design user-friendly dashboards or reports that provide real-time insights into sales figures, project statuses, and general information, making it easier for teams to stay informed.

Level of the assignment:

• Education level: (Technical) Business Administration.
• Possess strong analytical research skills
• Problem-solving
• Working well in a collaborative, dynamic team while managing projects strategically and independently
• Oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
