Assignment

This internship focuses on analyzing and simplifying the material intake process to improve efficiency and address existing challenges. The goal is to map out the current process, identify areas for simplification, and propose actionable solutions that can withstand the demands of a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Process Mapping: Analyze the existing material intake workflow to understand each step and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks;Simplification Strategies: Develop and propose methods to streamline the intake process, making it more efficient and user-friendly, even in challenging work conditions;
• Problem Analysis: Work through complex issues in the material intake process and develop solutions that are practical and easy to implement.

Level of the assignment:

• Education level: (Technical) Business Administration
• Possess strong analytical research skills
• Problem-solving
• Working well in a collaborative, dynamic team while managing projects strategically and independently
• Oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
