Assignment:

This internship focuses on researching new business opportunities that align with the strengths of our operations team. The assignment is designed for a student to explore and identify areas of business that can be streamlined and effectively executed within our operational capacity. With a young, dynamic team, this project is especially geared towards students who are motivated to bring fresh insights into optimizing operational processes and supporting sustainable business growth.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Operational Feasibility Study: Evaluate which types of business opportunities are most feasible for the operations team, considering team skills, resources, and current workflow capabilities;
• Gap Analysis: Identify knowledge and process gaps within the team, especially focusing on key questions that are often missed, and recommend strategies for bridging these gaps;
• Opportunity Identification and Assessment: Develop a list of potential business opportunities that align with the operational capabilities of the team, and assess each for viability.

Level of the assignment:

• Education level: (Technical) Business Administration
• Possess strong analytical research skills
• Problem-solving
• Working well in a collaborative, dynamic team while managing projects strategically and independently
• Oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
