The aim of this assignment is to investigate how AI can be implemented within the sales department to optimise processes and increase efficiency.

Assignment:

Literature review: Conduct a thorough literature review on the current applications of AI in sales processes.
Identify key trends and technologies within AI that are relevant to the sales department.

Analysis of Current Processes: Analyse the current sales processes within the department.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies that could potentially be addressed by AI.

AI Technologies and Tools: Investigate different AI technologies and tools suitable for sales optimisation.
Assess the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies.

Implementation plan: Develop a detailed implementation plan for integrating AI into sales processes.
Describe the steps, required resources, and timeline for implementation.

Presentation of Findings: Prepare a presentation in which you present the findings and recommendations.
Provide clear visualisations and examples to support your points.

Expected Results: A report with the findings of the study. An implementation plan for AI in the sales force.

Supervision: You will be supervised throughout the assignment by someone from the sales department to ensure you have access to the necessary knowledge and resources.
