During this assignment, you will investigate how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to increase productivity within AWL. This includes identifying existing processes that can be optimised using AI technologies and formulating recommendations for implementation.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Researching current trends and developments in AI and productivity.
• Analysis of existing AI applications in similar industries.
• Identifying and mapping business processes within the organisation.
• Conducting interviews with team members and department heads to understand their experiences and needs related to productivity.
• Collecting feedback on potential AI solutions.
• Presenting results to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Understanding the potential of AI to improve productivity within the company.
• A detailed report with recommendations on specific AI applications and implementation steps.

Level of the assignment:

• Education level: (Technical) Business Administration
• Research and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection, and analysis.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities for documenting findings and engaging with group members.
