Assignment:
This internship focuses on identifying the service needs of customers at AWL to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth. Understanding what customers require in terms of service is crucial for improving product offerings and overall customer experience. The goal is to gather and analyze customer feedback, identify common service requirements, and propose strategies for meeting those needs effectively.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Review existing customer feedback, surveys, and support tickets to identify recurring themes and service needs expressed by customers.
- Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct interviews or focus groups with customers to gain deeper insights into their service expectations and experiences with AWL.
- Service Needs Assessment: Develop a comprehensive list of identified service needs based on feedback gathered from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Segmentation Analysis: Analyze customer segments to understand if service needs vary across different types of customers or industries, tailoring strategies accordingly.
- Recommendation Development: Create actionable recommendations for enhancing customer service based on identified needs, including potential service offerings, training for support staff, or process improvements.
Level of the assignment:
- Education level: (Technical) Business Administration.
- Possess strong analytical research skills
- Problem-solving
- Working well in a collaborative, dynamic team while managing projects strategically and independently
- Oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
