AWL builds machines to match the needs of our customers, as a result, many of our machines are similar, yet different.
One of our greatest challenges is to define and use our data in an efficient and generalized manner due to the many unique challenges each project brings.
Assignment:
AWL aims to improve lifecycle data management and ensure compliance with upcoming EU regulations. This assignment builds on a previously designed data model and focuses on its implementation and practical integration into AWL’s systems and processes.
Objective of the Assignment:
- Advice on a lifecycle management data model in PLM Windchill.
- Advice integration into existing and new systems (e.g. dashboards or visual tools).
- Advice on how to comply with with EU 2023/1230 and the Cyber Resilience Act, including future harmonized standards.
- Further develop and potentially implement service-related business models based on EU regulations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Advice the lifecycle data model in PLM Windchill and connected systems.
- Advice integration options with Customer service management systems and support dashboard development for usability.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback to improve model performance.
- Advice on how to comply with EU 2023/1230 and CRA, adapting the model as needed.
- Further develop and possibly implement service-related business models based on compliance data
Level of the assignment:
- Education level: HBO-WO Business Administration/TBK
- Competences a student must have:
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Languages:
- Dutch
- English
- System knowledge (can be learned)
- PLM Windchill
- Power BI
- Understanding of EU regulations
