Assignment:

This internship focuses on analyzing and calculating the Return on Investment (ROI) for machinery, with a specific emphasis on understanding what types of performance metrics, such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), are most valuable to our clients. The goal is to identify the key information customers seek regarding machine performance and provide insights into how our machines add value when in production.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• ROI Analysis: Calculate the ROI of different machines by assessing the costs, benefits, and payback periods associated with machine investments;
• Understanding Client Needs: Research and determine what specific information clients require from our machines, such as uptime, production efficiency, and maintenance metrics;
• Data Collection: Collaborate with the operations team to gather data on machine performance and customer feedback.

Level of the assignment:

• Education level: (Technical) Business Administration
• Possess strong analytical research skills
• Problem-solving
• Working well in a collaborative, dynamic team while managing projects strategically and independently
• Oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
